Job summary

KBX Logistics, a Koch company, is seeking a strategic leader to head the Customer Engagement team, improve communication discipline, escalation clarity, and service recovery across Transportation and Logistics. You will translate customer feedback into clear priorities and measurable actions while building trusted relationships with customers and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Experience building strategic customer relationships in transportation, logistics, or freight.
• Experience identifying process improvements or cost savings in operations.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Experience analyzing performance data to recommend solutions.
• Experience communicating recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop Customer Engagement Leads to provide trusted customer partnerships and disciplined follow-up.
• Lead and develop Customer Engagement Leads who ensure strong customer communication and escalation when needed.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders in customer organizations.
• Understand customer strategies, priorities, and operations to inform actions.
• Provide proactive recommendations regarding Transportation and Logistics to meet business goals.
• Drive accountability by establishing SLAs, escalation processes, and service recovery practices.
• Improve internal and external reporting to show impact, root cause, and recovery paths.
• Advocate for innovation and new processes between KBX and customers.
