Qualifications

• Experience building strategic customer relationships within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or freight industries.
• Experience leveraging transportation or supply chain expertise to identify improvements or efficiencies.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve customer or service challenges.
• Experience analyzing operational or business performance data to identify trends and solutions.
• Experience communicating recommendations to leadership teams.
• Experience identifying process improvements that improve customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Engagement Leads and drive accountability for service outcomes.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and articulate customer priorities.
• Establish SLAs, escalation processes, and proactive recovery actions.
• Translate customer feedback into clear priorities and measurable actions.
• Lead business reviews, provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and commercial teams to improve processes.
• Travel as needed to engage with customers.
