Job summary

Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ seeks a Director for the Paul Robeson Cultural Center (PRCC). The role leads strategic planning, program development, and partnerships across Rutgers’ cultural centers to advance equity and social justice on campus.

The Director will supervise staff, manage facilities and budgets, and collaborate with campus partners to deliver inclusive programs and leadership opportunities for students.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising professional and student staff.
• Experience coordinating cultural, social, educational, and/or social justice programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
