Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing fertigation programs in commercial cannabis or controlled-environment agriculture.
• Demonstrated experience with crop steering methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with fertigation system buildouts.

Responsibilities

• Own the national fertigation program for all facilities.
• Lead R&D trials on cultivation technologies.
• Manage and develop facility-level fertigation staff.
