Job summary

A cannabis industry leader is seeking an IPM/Fertigation Lead to support cultivation operations at their Manassas facility. You'll be responsible for managing irrigation tasks, training staff, and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Horticulture or related fields, or at least 2 years of experience in plant cultivation. Strong communication skills and knowledge of large-scale cultivation processes are critical. The position offers competitive benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Knowledge of nutrient requirements and integrated pest management.
• Experience with compliance systems.

Responsibilities
