Job summary

Spencer Hospital in Spencer, IA is seeking a Nursing Leader to oversee emergency and critical care services. You will guide a large team, drive patient safety, and collaborate with physicians and leadership to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure with required certifications or ability to obtain.
• Minimum of two years ICU and/or Emergency Department leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop nearly 60 team members.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
• Drive clinical quality, patient safety, and service initiatives.
• Partner with physicians and hospital leadership to improve outcomes.
• Influence the future of emergency and critical care services.
