Job summary

Glenwood Regional Medical Center in Louisiana seeks a Director of Critical Care to lead ICU services, set clinical standards, and steer department strategy. The director will oversee staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and coordinate budgets and policies to support the critical care function.

The role requires extensive ICU leadership experience, with preferred CCRN certification and an RN license. A BSN or MSN is highly preferred to drive professional standards.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Current state RN licensure.
  • Bachelor's degree (BSN) or Master's (MSN) highly preferred.
  • Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
  • CCRN certification preferred.
  • Must have at least 5 years ICU experience and at least 1 year management experience (minimum).
