Job summary

Spotter, based in Culver City, CA, seeks a strategic Director of Ad Sales Marketing to lead positioning, advertiser solutions, and creator‑led brand partnerships that accelerate revenue growth. You will translate creator insights into compelling programs and drive end‑to‑end campaigns with internal teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Ten years of related ad sales, integrated marketing, branded content or experience preferred.
• College degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Spotter’s RFP and proposal strategy for priority brand and agency opportunities, setting narrative direction and framework.
• Lead cross‑functional pitch development across Sales, Research, Planning, Creator Partnerships, Product, and Operations to deliver cohesive proposals.
• Lead project management and production oversight for sold campaigns, coordinating clients, creators, agencies, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with legal partners to translate deal points into clear contractual terms reflecting creator + brand partnerships.
• Elevate go‑to‑market positioning and ensure materials reflect Spotter’s priorities and leadership.
• Develop premium sales materials like pitch decks, creator portfolios, category POVs, case studies, and one‑sheets.
