- Drive visibility, adoption, and cultural momentum for Kraft Heinz’s ACE (Accelerating Creative Excellence) program in North America.
- Partner with the Global Capabilities team to shape, influence, and adapt global frameworks to meet North America’s unique needs.
- Embed creative excellence as the expected outcome of our marketing processes—through tools, routines, campaigns, inspiration, and leadership alignment.
- Foster a creative culture rooted in bravery, inclusivity, and consumer connection.
Advance Marketing Capabilities
- Leverage the global marketing competency model to shape impactful programs and tools.
- Drive capability and community through immersive learning moments, inspiration, and standards that reflect our market reality.
- Translate global tools into NA-relevant formats that are accessible, actionable, and embedded in how marketers work.
Elevate Agency Partnerships
- Co-design new engagement models with both internal and external agencies.
- Pilot new ways of working that unlock bolder ideas and greater efficiency.
- Build shared expectations of “what good looks like” and embed agencies fully into our creative process and culture.
- Drive accountability and performance through creative business reviews and ecosystem planning.
Build Creative Community and Reputation
- Celebrate the impact of great creative; raise the profile and visibility of creative work across the organization.
- Partner with Corporate Communications and PR teams to shape our creative reputation and storytelling externally.
- Inspire through thought leadership, learning moments, and partnerships with external creative leaders.
Expected Skills & Qualifications:
- Curious, courageous, collaborative, and strategic leader passionate about the power of brand, communications, and consumer experience to impact strategic business direction.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience, including roles on the client and/or agency side.
- Proven track record of driving creative excellence, innovation, effectiveness, and impact.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and influence teams without direct authority; strong relationship-building skills to drive agendas in ambiguous situations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to create and execute practical plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of creating simple, compelling narratives and presenting ideas effectively.
- Passion for planning, building systems, and executing action plans; strong project management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated fluency in brand foundations, briefs, and critical brand-building activities (e.g., strategy, consumer insights, design, craft) to influence all brand pillars and tools.
