Adobe seeks a director-scope Elite Full-Stack Engineer who sets technical and creative direction, lands Fortune 100 engagements, and ships real production code every week, not prototypes. You’ll walk into CMOs and CTOs, run live demos unscripted, and drive adoption at scale from day one.

You must demonstrate mastery of a professional creative tool, build multi-step automation pipelines, and show a before/after impact with public work. Influence matters more than headcount.

Qualifications

12+ years shipping real software, full-stack, with adoption at the hardest scale.
Deep hands-on mastery of a professional creative tool (see above) with a portfolio.
Hands-on experience building multi-step automated workflows/pipelines (ComfyUI, n8n, or similar).
Public portfolio or verifiable shipped work showing both engineering and creative work.

Responsibilities

Set the technical and creative direction others follow, through influence, not headcount.
Lead engagements no one else can land, including impossible-timeline Fortune 100 accounts.
Walk in first and drive value, ensuring the customer returns for more.
Measure success by real customer value and repeat adoption.
