The Opportunity

The Director, CPG Omni-Channel Solutions (Sales) is responsible for managing partnerships across Catalina’s CPG / Brand partners. Success in this role depends on leveraging our industry-leading innovation to better achieve client strategies and drive revenue.

  1. Achieve revenue goals by serving as a trusted marketing consultant.
  2. Confirm objectives, utilize insights and custom research to understand challenges and opportunities. Design, sell, and manage targeted campaigns that meet clients’ KPIs.
  3. Develop a business plan that includes omni-channel solutions and new advertising capabilities to increase client penetration and sustainable revenue growth.
  4. Build and manage relationships across multiple clients and functions, including brand marketing, field sales, and consumer promotion at all organizational levels.
  5. Manage accounts, including revenue forecasting, program management, budgeting, and accounts receivable.
  6. Overnight travel to clients as needed.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. 4 to 6 years of previous sales experience.
  3. Experience selling print or digital media.
  4. Experience calling on the CPG industry; agency experience is a plus.
  5. Ability to understand various manufacturer categories and recommend strategies to address brand initiatives.
  6. Excellent communication skills to interface and sell at all management levels.
  7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  8. Budget management and financial projection skills.
  9. Proficiency in multimedia sales presentations.
  10. Expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  11. Experience with syndicated CPG data (Nielsen, IRI, Catalina, etc.).

Total Rewards & Compensation

We offer a competitive package including a 401k match, medical, vision, dental coverage, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits. Compensation varies based on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for our Sales Incentive Program (SIP), which includes a base salary plus performance incentives. Details will be provided upon offer.

Base Salary Range: $91,000.00 - $136,500.00
