Join the Corporate Strategy team to help shape and drive enterprise-wide strategic direction for LS&Co . This role will support the Vice President of Strategy & CEO’s Office across three core areas:

(1) leading strategic planning and deep dives on priority topics,

(2) managing high-impact initiatives across functions, and

(3) supporting executive operating rhythm and delivering executive-level communications and materials.

You will lead and support high-priority cross-functional initiatives that unlock business growth and value creation, working directly with senior leaders across Commercial, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and other teams. This role will report to the Vice President of Strategy & CEO's Office

About the Job
  • Lead long-term (SBP) and annual strategic planning processes, including functional strategies and focus area deep dives (e.g., Men’s Strategy).

  • Serve as project leader for complex cross-functional initiatives, managing workplans and cross-functional teams from diagnosis to implementation.

  • Support key ELT members operating rhythm s , including planning and execution of key leadership meetings , agendas and materials

  • Deliver high-quality internal and external communications, including Board materials, key presentations , and executive scorecards.

  • Conduct analysis and synthesize data to answer critical business questions; develop frameworks, insights, and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define objectives , structure workstreams, and drive alignment and outcomes.

  • Monitor industry and competitive trends to inform strategic recommendations.

  • Develop business cases, success metrics, and performance tracking for key initiatives.

About You
  • 8 + years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting or a corporate strategy/internal consulting role.

  • Experience leading strategic or transformation initiatives; comfort with ambiguity and cross-functional influence.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to structure complex problems and distill insights from data.

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., model building, data manipulation); strong PowerPoint skills to create clear, compelling narratives.

  • Familiarity with merchandising, planning, commercial or operations in the apparel/retail industry is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; executive presence and comfort working with senior leaders.

  • Bachelor’s degree required ; MBA preferred.

This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $144,800-$219,300 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
