Job summary

DJEH is seeking a Director, Corporate Marketing in New York to elevate the agency's profile and strengthen how UEG shows up across the marketing, advertising, sports and entertainment industries. Working closely with UEG's CEO and senior leadership, this person will develop and execute strategies that increase awareness of our people, capabilities and work.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands how great agencies build relevance and reputation—and who brings the relationships,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in advertising, creative, marketing, entertainment or communications agencies.
• Proven track record increasing agency or executive visibility.
• Strong knowledge of advertising and marketing trade landscape and industry events.
• Existing relationships with media, events and industry organizations preferred.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong executive presence.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and messaging skills.
• Based in the New York area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate marketing strategy to increase agency and executive visibility.
• Identify and secure high-impact conferences, speaking engagements, panels and industry events.
• Build presence with key trade outlets to showcase work and leadership.
• Partner with the CEO to develop new ideas and platforms for industry visibility.
• Identify opportunities where DJEH can provide a differentiated perspective.
• Develop executive thought leadership, messaging and content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to amplify award-winning work and client successes.
• Lead the agency's approach to industry awards, rankings and recognition.
• Maintain relationships with journalists, conference organizers and industry partners.
• Create an ongoing calendar and pipeline of visibility opportunities.
