Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Learning & Development, in this strategic individual contributor role you will lead RevMed's Leading Self portfolio while helping shape the broader learning strategy across Leading Self (all Revolutionaries), Leading Teams (people managers), and Leading Organization (functional leaders). Early efforts will be focused on increasing the visibility, accessibility, and impact of existing learning resources by connecting them into learning journeys that drive lasting behavior change.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Functional Learning Partners, Business Leaders, and the Culture, Engagement & Learning team to identify development needs, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable learning solutions.
  • Evolve the Leading Self portfolio to strengthen the skills, mindsets, and behaviors most critical to RevMed's success, using business feedback and learning metrics to continuously improve the portfolio.
  1. Activate the Learning Experience

Make learning easy to discover and apply in the flow of work.

  • Design connected learning journeys that integrate instructor-led programs, self-service resources, manager enablement, peer learning, AI-enabled tools, and digital platforms.
  • Increase awareness and application of learning while enabling employees and managers to take ownership of development.
  1. Measure and Improve

Use data, feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve learning effectiveness and organizational impact.

  • Use analytics, employee feedback, and business insights to identify development needs, measure effectiveness, and prioritize improvements.
  • Leverage AI-enabled technologies and emerging practices to improve learner engagement, accessibility, and organizational impact.
Who You Are

You are a strategic, hands-on learning leader who excels in systems thinking, consulting, facilitation, and relationship building. You thrive in an ever evolving environment, build trusted partnerships, and translate complex business priorities into practical learning solutions that improve individual and organizational performance.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience leading enterprise learning initiatives in a global or rapidly growing biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other science-driven organization supporting distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into enterprise learning and development strategies.
  • Expertise in adult learning, leadership development, and evidence-based learning methodologies, with experience designing instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
  • Experience leveraging enterprise learning platforms and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Workday Learning, LinkedIn Learning, Sana, or comparable platforms) to improve learner engagement and accessibility.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, analytical, and portfolio management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytics, employee feedback, and business insights to measure learning impact and continuously improve learning portfolios.
  • Commitment to creating psychologically safe, inclusive learning environments that reflect RevMed's values.
Preferred Skills:
