Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. in Tempe, Arizona seeks an experienced Corporate Governance & Securities Counsel, Director to lead governance, SEC reporting and subsidiary governance initiatives at its Corp HQ.

The role partners with executive leadership across Legal, Finance, Investor Relations and Tax, driving governance transformations, policy development, and digital modernization of governance and legal operations in a fast-paced, global public company.

Qualifications

• JD and US state bar license required.
• 12+ years corporate or public company law experience.
• Experience with SEC reporting and governance matters.
• Knowledge of Nasdaq, SOX and insider trading rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance processes for the Board and committees.
• Oversee SEC reporting, disclosure controls, and filings.
• Drive governance framework improvements and policy development.
• Manage subsidiary governance across domestic and international entities.
• Partner with Finance, IR, Tax, HR and executives on governance matters.
• Lead digital modernization of governance and legal operations.
