Responsibilities include overseeing media relations, managing internal channels, and developing enterprise messaging that aligns with organizational priorities and global communications strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications.
• Experience advising executives on messaging, presentations, and media engagements.
• Experience managing external agencies and complex communications programs.
• Gem and jewelry industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead executive communications strategy for CEO and senior leaders.
• Lead internal communications, ensuring alignment with enterprise messaging.
• Oversee external communications, media relations, and crisis communications.
• Partner with leadership to shape messaging for speeches, op-eds, social posts, and briefings.
• Coordinate with external agencies to execute on reputation initiatives.
