Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, English, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field.
• Experience advising executives on messaging, presentations, media engagements, and sensitive communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead executive communications strategy for CEO and senior leaders across speeches, op-eds, social posts, and external channels.
• Lead internal communications plan to engage employees and align leadership messaging.
• Shape external communications, manage media relations, and oversee external agencies and crises.
• Provide communications counsel across departments and coordinate enterprise communications programs.
