Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Director of Corporate Communications in Dallas to lead internal and executive communications, social media, and corporate content. This role advises senior leadership, shapes messaging, and builds scalable processes for a fast-growing global organization.

You will manage multi-channel communications, collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and External Communications, and drive thought leadership and corporate storytelling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting C-suite executives and developing executive communications.
• Experience leading enterprise internal communications programs.
• Experience with corporate social media strategy and channels.
• Strong writing, editing and message-development skills across formats.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead CyrusOne's internal communications strategy for employees and leaders.
• Lead executive communications programs for the CEO and senior leaders.
• Own corporate social media strategy and governance across global channels.
• Develop and maintain corporate editorial strategy and thought leadership content.
• Provide communications counsel to senior leaders and manage calendars and visibility plans.
