Job summary

CyrusOne Management Services LLC is seeking a Director of Corporate Communications to lead internal and executive communications, social media, and corporate content across owned channels. This role partners with senior leaders to ensure clear, consistent messaging and scalable processes.

The Director will advise the VP of Marketing & Communications, shape strategy, and manage multiple communications channels for a rapidly growing global organization. Hybrid work with Dallas HQ is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications.
• Experience leading internal and executive communications.
• Experience managing corporate social media strategy and channels.
• Strong writing, editing and message development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications strategy and programs for CyrusOne.
• Develop executive messaging, speeches and leadership content.
• Manage CyrusOne's corporate social media strategy and channels.
• Oversee content strategy for corporate website, newsroom and thought leadership.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Marketing and Finance on communications strategies.
• Build scalable processes, calendars and governance for communications.
