AMETEK, Inc. seeks a Corporate Communications Manager to shape how the company speaks to employees, customers, investors, media, and prospective talent.

This hands-on role owns internal and executive communications, external PR, thought leadership, and digital content across a broad global footprint. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer/editor with a robust portfolio and a track record of multi-channel campaigns, brand voice development, and AI-enabled productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or content marketing.
• Portfolio of writing and editing skills across formats — press releases, executive messaging, editorial, web, social, and internal messaging.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining brand voice and editorial standards across multiple contributors or business units.
• Experience writing for and advising senior executives, including ghostwriting.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and run multi-channel content campaigns on a calendar, with measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; Experience with web CMS, Adobe suite, videography and GAI toolkits a plus.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-marking, work quality, and to reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications strategy and calendar across intranet, announcements, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Own intranet content planning, writing, publishing, and maintenance to boost employee engagement.
• Support change and transformation communications for enterprise initiatives with audience mapping and messaging.
• Contribute to crisis communications planning and execution with Legal, HR, and leadership.
• Build and maintain internal communications templates, toolkits, and self-service resources.
• Develop and manage corporate executive content strategy and calendar based on thought leadership and growth initiatives.
• Ghostwrite and edit executive content including leadership messages, remarks, and speeches.
• Support senior leaders on messaging and audience relations; provide guidance for alignment.
• Create executive materials: PowerPoint decks, speeches, emails.
• Write, edit, and coordinate press releases; collaborate with Investor Relations on financial/IR materials.
• Partner with Investor Relations on earnings messaging, annual report narrative, and sustainability reporting.
• Build brand voice and messaging frameworks; ensure consistent application across units.
• Support website copy, social content, and digital governance across the enterprise.
• Provide video/script support; manage vendors; develop marketing collateral.
• Identify AI efficiency opportunities and communicate governance around AI usage.
• Scope and run corporate content projects with cross-functional collaboration and global stakeholder management.
