Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related quantitative discipline with at least ten years of progressive accounting and financial leadership.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience managing accounting/treasury functions; CPA/MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Procurement Support, and Regulatory Reporting functions.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting activities to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Manage daily treasury operations including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and lender reporting.
• Oversee external audit coordination and regulatory reporting for Public Utilities Commission.
