The Director, Content Insights & Analytics, will sit on Peacock's Advanced Content Analytics team within NBCU Media Group Decision Sciences and serve as a senior leader overseeing content performance across a variety of genres on Peacock. This role acts as a strategic authority on content and audience intelligence, leading a high-performing team responsible for delivering actionable insights, scalable analytical frameworks, and self-service data solutions for a wide range of Peacock-focused and broader NBCU stakeholders.
This leader will partner closely with Content Programming, Scheduling, Marketing, and Strategy while integrating with other groups across Decision Sciences to translate first- and third-party data, as well as marketplace intelligence, into clear recommendations that inform business decision-making. The role will have a direct and measurable impact on Peacock's continued growth and competitive position within the streaming landscape.
Hybrid : This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to `change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $130,000 - $200,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible).
