The BSP portfolio includes products and experiences that onboard Retail Bank and Credit Card customers, helping them make smart financial decisions, manage their money, and navigate life's challenges. Role Expectations

As a Content Design Director (Individual Contributor), you will leverage your content design expertise to lead complex projects and define design strategies aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve on the senior leadership team for Become, Spend, and Pay, working closely with product, tech, marketing, and research teams to enhance customer experiences.

You will:

• Critique and mentor junior content designers, collaborating to elevate content quality from concept to launch.
• Lead high-impact projects, applying your discipline skills from strategy to messaging content.
• Contribute to the development of a Content Design System, including scalable frameworks and governance models.
• Advocate for the role of Content Design within the organization and establish standards and methodologies.

Qualifications
