About The Role

Sellers Dorsey seeks a Director, Consulting to support clients in California. The role involves managing client relationships, overseeing policy and technical projects, and developing new business opportunities to expand our footprint in California and nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Servicing: Provide strategic guidance, manage relationships, develop solutions, and support navigating regulatory environments.
  2. Business Development: Develop market solutions, identify new opportunities, and build stakeholder relationships.
  3. Internal Capacity & Culture: Contribute to firm initiatives, share knowledge, and mentor colleagues.
  4. Other Duties: Support additional firm priorities as needed.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 15+ years in healthcare policy management or consulting.
  • Experience leading teams in California Medicaid (Medi-Cal).
  • Preferred: Advanced degree in relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Other Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and on multiple projects.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $154,300 - $195,000/year, with potential bonuses and benefits including healthcare, 401k, paid time off, and more. Final salary depends on experience and location.
