Job summary

GSK is seeking a Director of Compliance Operations to lead the Risk Operations Centre's compliance functions. You will own IT control SOX testing, license compliance, and software asset management, while providing assurance across Privacy, Sanctions and Anti-Bribery and Corruption requirements to the Technology organisation.

The role combines operational execution with SME-level process improvement, budget and headcount management, and culture leadership.

Qualifications

• The role requires a Bachelor's degree and SOX/compliance experience.
• SOX ITGC controls, testing, and evidence standards proficiency.
• Licensing compliance and software asset management experience.
• End-to-end compliance operations ownership and leadership.
• Budget, headcount, and goal setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own IT control SOX testing program, including scope and test plans.
• Track SOX control deficiencies and remediation through closure.
• Own License Compliance and Software Asset Management program.
• Provide compliance consulting across Privacy, Sanctions, and AB&C requirements.
• Manage budget, finances and headcount for Technology Risk and Compliance.
• Drive annual goals, KPIs, and accountability within the org.
• Lead culture-building and engagement across the organisation.
• Set and report governance metrics and drive automation initiatives.
