Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a social or behavioral science program from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of work experience in a related field, with minimum two years in a supervisory position.
• Total work experience can substitute for education/work experience as needed.
• PC experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Oversee facility physical plant requirements and program obligations.
• Manage personnel needs including recruiting and training staff.
• Oversee billing documentation and monthly subsistence reporting.
