Job summary

Job description

Under the supervision of the Behavioral Health Director, directly supervise department staff, manage all department functions and provide appropriate services for individuals in need of services. This position will oversee Dismas House (Men).

Additional Areas of Responsibility

• Communicate with all corrections officials.
• Review with the Intake/CSW all applications to determine eligibility and oversee resident billing process.
• Submit weekly/quarterly census reports to the Clinical Director and Executive Director and make recommendation to the Clinical Director regarding disciplinary actions and other issues.
• Ensure that Dismas House policies and procedures are implemented.
• And any other issues involving the management of Dismas House.

Other Information/Requirements

• Master's in Psychology, Social Work or related field preferred. LPCC or LCSW preferred (LMSW or LMHC may be considered)
• At least 3 years of Management/Supervisory Experience.
