Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington in North Bethesda (Hybrid) is seeking a strategic, collaborative leader to serve as the inaugural Director, Community Antisemitism Response. You will shape a regional strategy, convene partners, and build capacity across the Jewish communal ecosystem.

This senior role reports to the VP of Community Capacity Building and drives data-informed action. With 7+ years of relevant experience, you will translate research into strategy, foster collaboration,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive professional experience in strategy, Jewish communal work, or related fields.
• Strong ability to develop and implement strategy in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, refinement, and implementation of a multi-year strategy for addressing antisemitism across Greater Washington.
• Translate landscape scan findings into clear priorities and an actionable implementation roadmap.
• Identify where to strengthen or scale efforts and where new initiatives or investments are needed.
• Participate in national cohorts and incorporate learnings into federation strategy.
• Build and strengthen cross-organizational coordination and collaboration.
