Responsibilities

• Lead Community-Wide Strategy: develop and implement a multi-year strategy for addressing antisemitism across Greater Washington.
• Strengthen Ecosystem Coordination: act as central connector among local and national organizations addressing antisemitism.
• Build Organizational Capacity: identify needs, provide resources and training to strengthen member organizations.
• Drive Measurement, Evaluation, and Learning: create a framework with KPIs and baseline measures.
• Shape Strategic Grantmaking & Investment: identify priorities and design opportunities for impact and scale.
• Connect Strategy with Philanthropy: translate strategy into donor engagement opportunities.
