Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington seeks a senior leader to serve as the inaugural Director, Community Antisemitism Response. You will shape a multi-year regional strategy, convene diverse partners, and convert landscape findings into concrete plans.

The role sits within the Impact team, reporting to the VP of Community Capacity Building. You will drive collaboration across Jewish and civic partners to strengthen capacity, influence strategic grantmaking, and ensure data-informed

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and implement strategy in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills across organizations, sectors, and jurisdictions.
• Experience with measurement, evaluation, theory of change, and impact assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a multi-year antisemitism strategy for Greater Washington.
• Coordinate across local and national partners to align priorities and actions.
• Build structures for ongoing regional collaboration and knowledge sharing across schools, synagogues, and civic partners.
• Translate research findings into actionable priorities and an implementation roadmap.
