JLL is seeking an experienced Director of Commissioning to lead the Commissioning & Building Analytics team in Dallas. You will supervise project delivery, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth while maintaining client satisfaction across complex projects.

The role requires a strong background in commissioning, program management, and P&L leadership, with a focus on delivering reliable, timely, and efficient support to clients. Travel may be required for global projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in commissioning with emphasis on project/program management and business development.
• Proven experience mentoring team members and driving professional growth.
• Strong track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and achieving profitability.
• Ability to win new projects and drive business development opportunities.
• Knowledge of commissioning processes, industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of commissioning professionals.
• Oversee commissioning processes across projects ensuring standards compliance and goals.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion including budgeting and resource planning.
• Drive profitability through effective budget, resource, and timeline management.
• Build and maintain client relationships, understand needs, deliver exceptional service.
• Support business development through proposals and client interactions.
• Develop strategies to grow the commissioning business and capture new opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Foster continuous improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
