Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a leader to direct strategic sourcing for its commercial categories. The role collaborates with executive leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to optimize spend and reduce risk, while directing RFI/RFP processes and major contract negotiations.

The incumbent will drive standardization, continuous improvement, and annual savings across vendors and monitor performance via KPIs and governance forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 12+ years in strategic sourcing with 5+ years in commercial categories.
• Advanced negotiation, contract management, and financial acumen are required.
• Leadership skills to manage teams and influence senior stakeholders.
