The incumbent will drive standardization, continuous improvement, and annual savings across vendors and monitor performance via KPIs and governance forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 12+ years in strategic sourcing with 5+ years in commercial categories.
• Advanced negotiation, contract management, and financial acumen are required.
• Leadership skills to manage teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of strategic sourcing for commercial categories.
• Partner with executive leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to optimize spend and mitigate risk.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead RFI/RFP processes, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and change orders.
• Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and annual savings across commercial vendors.
• Oversee vendor performance through KPIs and governance meetings.
