The Director of Commercial Operations for Contracting leads the strategy, processes, and teams that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and commercial excellence. This role drives sales operations, forecasting, analytics, contracting, and cross‑functional alignment to ensure the commercial organization operates with precision and discipline. A Director of Commercial Operations is a critical driver of revenue growth, ensuring that the commercial organization operates efficiently, strategically, and cohesively. They bridge strategy and execution, enabling the company to scale effectively and maintain a competitive edge.
Pay is in the range of $142,303 - $189,159 per year. The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
