Job summary

Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) Americas seeks a seasoned Sales and Business Development leader to drive revenue growth in the U.S. market. Lead the Commercial Development team, manage key accounts, navigate EPR requirements, and align services with client needs in a dynamic, global reverse logistics environment.

The role champions strategic planning, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, care, and compliance teams; travel is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Sales and Business Development leadership.
  • 10+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental compliance, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle and consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience in environmental services, circularity, or selling circular economy solutions.
  • Experience managing EPR services or leading teams that sell EPR solutions is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Commercial Development team to consistently achieve new business revenue targets.
  • Oversee client accounts to ensure contracts, billing, and service delivery are managed effectively and clients remain satisfied.
  • Track sales activity and progress toward targets, supporting monthly forecasting, Quarterly Business Reviews, annual budgeting, and long-term business planning.
  • Lead weekly activity and pipeline reviews with Commercial Development Managers, Customer Care, and Compliance teams.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships, introduce additional services, and develop tailored solutions that drive growth.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with industry associations and professionals across the EPR consulting and environmental services sectors.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market and competitive activity and provide insights to leadership to support business strategy.
  • Partner with Marketing to align events and marketing initiatives with business development goals.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care and Environmental Compliance teams to ensure high-quality client service, improve processes, and identify opportunities for expanded services.

About The Role

This position is eligible for commission. The posted total compensation range does not include commission earnings.


What We Need From You


  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
