Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Director of Commercial Contract Management in the United States. This role leads the CCM team, owns the contracting lifecycle from draft to execution, and negotiates complex customer contracts while guiding internal partners through the process.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years in commercial contracting with strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Leadership and strategic negotiation experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years of general business experience, preferably in commercial analysis, audit or commercial finance.
• Commercial contracting experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own the contracting process from initial draft to fully executed contract.
• Lead negotiations with customers and explain DHL’s position to clients.
• Review and negotiate contracts with internal account teams; assess risk vs. DHL positions.
• Escalate critical issues to executive leadership when needed and manage approvals.
• Oversee CCM team workload and provide development for direct reports.
