Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a high-impact Enterprise Project Leader to steer cross-functional initiatives within the North America Commercial organization. You will partner across Sales Operations, Variable Compensation, Learning & Development, Sales Compliance, and Reporting & Analytics to deliver structured, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

You will operate as a force multiplier across Sales Operations, Variable Compensation, Learning & Development, Sales Compliance, and Reporting & Analytics. The mandate is to drive clarity, execution, and outcomes across a complex commercial ecosystem while continuously evolving how the organization operates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Project Leadership Lead and execute high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery

  • Cross-Functional Integration Partner across: Sales Operations (territory design, coverage, readiness) Variable Compensation (plan design and execution) Learning & Development (productivity and capability building) Sales Compliance (risk mitigation and governance) Reporting & Analytics (insight and forecasting discipline) Ensure initiatives are coordinated and aligned to commercial priorities
  • Innovation & Modernization Identify opportunities to modernize commercial processes, tools, and workflows Bring forward new ideas that improve speed, insight, and scalability across the organization Evaluate and implement emerging capabilities, including AI and automation, to enhance decision-making, forecasting, and productivity Partner with technology and business teams to translate innovation into practical, adopted solutions
  • Leadership Without Authority Influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions across the organization Effectively manage up to executive leadership and across/down to teams Build trust and momentum without relying on formal authority
  • Operational Rigor Bring structure, cadence, and visibility to key initiatives Track progress, remove roadblocks, and ensure follow-through Elevate issues early with clear recommendations
Qualifications

Location

Remote (U.S.) with periodic travel (30% North America) #LI-BH1

The base pay range for this position is: $141,340 - $194,337 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
