Job summary

Commonpoint Bronx seeks a Director of Postsecondary Programs to oversee a multi-site portfolio for high school and college-bound students. You will coordinate college exploration, applications, and persistence support across sites to remove barriers and promote success.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets and contracts, and using data to drive program improvements. Regular site visits and community partnerships are essential to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff supervision experience in multi-site programs.
• Strong data gathering, management, and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to build school and community partnerships.
• Excellent organizational and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site college access and persistence strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Supervise managers, advisors, and persistence staff with clear expectations.
• Conduct site visits, monitor service quality, and resolve barriers.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships across sites.
• Develop partnerships with high schools, colleges, and funders.
