Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemistry with a minimum of 8 years (or M.S. with 12 years) of development experience.
• Strong track record in DS/CMC activities from preclinical to NDA.
• Experience managing global CDMOs and GMP manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead DS development efforts and manage multiple CDMOs across all stages of drug development.
• Author and review technical reports, batch records, deviations, and investigations.
• Prepare IND/IMPD/NDA support sections and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Coordinate DS/CMC strategy with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive timelines.
• Oversee technology transfer and troubleshooting at CDMOs to ensure manufacturing success.
• Collaborate with Medicinal Chemistry, DMPK, Analytical Chemistry, Formulation, and Quality teams.
• Travel domestically and internationally to oversee DS development and manufacturing.
