Responsibilities

Lead L3/L4 network topology and design efforts across DCs and regions.
Oversee cloud networking implementation and operations (VPC/VCN, private endpoints, inter-cloud connectivity).
Enforce security controls and compliance, risk reduction, and policy as code.
Develop automation, IaC, and CI/CD practices; track and improve DORA metrics.
Establish telemetry, SLOs/SLIs, and capacity planning across teams.
Collaborate across functions and with vendors within budget authority.
Publish standards and runbooks; drive cross-team incident response and improvements.
