Job summary

Magna Legal Services, LLC is seeking a technology leader to own the Microsoft 365 platform, Azure infrastructure, and security posture. You will steer strategy and roadmap, ensuring governance and business value across the organization.

In this role, you will partner with operations and IT leadership to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions, manage vendors, and mentor a distributed team. Travel up to 20% and a full-time exempt schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Sciences or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive leadership, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration experience in a distributed IT environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day operation of Microsoft 365 and related services, including security and governance.
• Oversee Azure and core infrastructure supporting MS 365 and business-critical apps.
• Partner with operations leadership to turn business needs into practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Set priorities and standards with IT leadership; coordinate with Information Security Officer on security and resiliency.
• Lead a geographically distributed IT team and develop standardized, scalable ways of working.
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners, including Microsoft and MSPs.
