Job summary

Cardinal Health is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Governance leader to manage a high‑performing Cloud Engineering team and drive policy enforcement across multi‑cloud environments. You will champion automation and real‑time compliance to reduce risk and accelerate remediation.

You will oversee CSPM, GRC execution, and SOX/HITRUST alignment, leveraging ServiceNow and cloud‑native tools to ensure ongoing audit readiness and secure cloud operations across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience in security governance and cloud security engineering.
• Leadership in mentoring engineering professionals.
• Knowledge of multi-cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS) environments.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOX, GDPR).
• Experience integrating GRC platforms and cloud-native security tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of Cloud Engineers.
• Expand governance scope to comprehensive security policy enforcement.
• Champion Automation & AI for real‑time compliance & auto‑remediation.
• Govern Firewall Rule Policies and CSPM/MSS across cloud platforms.
• Oversee remediation campaigns using ServiceNow and GRC tools.
• Manage SOX server certifications and regulatory reporting.
