Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Director, Clinical Science to oversee nephrology development and life-cycle activities. You will work with multidisciplinary teams on trial design, translational studies, and data analyses, ensuring GCP compliance and high-quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD/PharmD/MD with 6 years in pharma, strong data interpretation, and collaborative leadership to advance rare disease programs.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, and/or MD in a life science discipline required; rare disease/nephrology experience preferred.
• 6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience; clinical trials experience required; INDs/NDAs/BLAs experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement clinical studies and data analyses (incl. human pharmacology).
• Report clinical trial data for safety and efficacy.
• Ensure GCP compliance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead writing of clinical and data analysis reports, slide presentations, and regulatory submissions.
• Engage with alliance partners, investigators, and key opinion leaders to optimize performance.
