Travere Therapeutics seeks a Director of Clinical Science to lead nephrology development, guide trial design, and manage translational analyses. You will ensure GCP adherence while collaborating with cross-functional teams on INDs, NDAs, and BLAs, and contribute to regulatory submissions.

The role requires a PhD/PharmD/MD and 6+ years in pharma, with strong data interpretation, manuscript writing, and interaction with regulators and external partners.

Competenze

• PhD, PharmD, and/or MD in Life Sciences is required; rare disease/nephrology experience preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (6+ years) or equivalent.
• Experience with clinical trials, INDs, NDAs, and BLAs is strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist in design and implementation of clinical studies and data analyses.
• Assist in reporting clinical trial data for safety and efficacy.
• Ensure Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) are followed.
• Lead writing of clinical and data analysis reports and presentations.
• Contribute to regulatory documents and sponsor communications.
• Establish relationships with alliance partners and investigators.
