We believe that person-to-person connections and understanding can make a difference in a world where self-care can be complicated, and health care is ever-evolving and complex.

MOBE works with health plans and large employers to identify individuals who are frequent users of health care but aren’t finding resolutions for their underlying health issues. We use a whole-person approach and guidance to impact health outcomes positively.

Supporting people is at the core of our business, employees included. MOBE is a high-growth organization with a culture built on trust and collaboration. Consistent across our teams and offerings is a belief in the power of people doing good together. We genuinely care about people and consider our workforce the most significant asset.

Your role at MOBE

The Director of Clinical Pharmacy Operations will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to a remote team of clinical pharmacists delivering comprehensive medication management (CMM) services. This role is accountable for maintaining day-to-day delivery of the CMM program while driving engagement, retention, and clinical outcomes aligned to our mission. The Director will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services, while optimizing workflows, tracking performance, and contributing to total cost of care reduction.

In addition to leading pharmacist operations, this role will play a key part in the development and enablement of scalable clinical programs—helping to shape workflows, training, quality processes, and infrastructure to support future growth, including expansion into Medicare, HEDIS, and broader clinical disciplines.

This individual will be a collaborative leader with strong clinical, operational, and strategic capabilities, and will serve as a critical partner in supporting an exceptional end-to-end experience for participants on their health journey.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and daily operational oversight to a remote team of Clinical Pharmacists delivering CMM services
  • Ensure effective execution of pharmacist-led services, including medication optimization strategies that prioritize safety, efficacy, and affordability
  • Monitor team performance and KPIs to support clinical outcomes, healthcare utilization reduction, and total cost of care savings
  • Lead process improvement efforts across workflows, documentation, and system optimization to support scalable, high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a coordinated participant experience and aligned program execution
  • Support development of scalable clinical workflows, protocols, training materials, and QA processes in partnership with Program Development, Clinical Quality, and Learning & Development
  • Contribute to infrastructure design and operational readiness for future clinical expansion, including Medicare, HEDIS gap closure, Star rating improvement, and value-based care models
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities
  • Develop and maintain clinical and operational policies and procedures
  • Analyze performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement and standardization
  • Serve as a preceptor for Pharmacy Residents and College of Pharmacy students, as applicable
  • Obtain and maintain appropriate state licensure
  • Other duties as assigned to help fulfill our mission

Qualifications

Required:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited pharmacy school
  • Minnesota Licensed Pharmacist in good standing (no prior or current disciplinary actions)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist and/or providing Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM)
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience leading clinical or healthcare call center operations, with a focus on performance management, workforce optimization, and engagement
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role, preferably within a clinical pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • 3+ years managing remote or geographically dispersed teams
  • Working knowledge of best practices in medication therapy management and healthcare operations
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance and clinical data, interpret trends, and apply insights to inform strategic, operational, and clinical decisions
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Comfort with navigating ambiguity, leading change, and solving complex problems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

  • ASHP-accredited residency in Ambulatory Care
  • Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP)
  • Experience with HEDIS measures, including strategies to close care gaps and improve Star ratings.
  • Background in case management or care coordination, particularly in a clinical or managed care setting.
