Travere Therapeutics in San Diego is seeking a Director of Clinical Pharmacology to lead the design, development, and execution of CP strategies across our clinical programs. You will translate complex data into clear implications for program strategy and engage senior management, regulatory agencies, and external peers.

The role requires a PhD or PharmD with 6+ years of CP experience, strong PK/PD leadership across projects, and ability to travel 10%.

Qualificações

• PhD or PharmD in Clinical Pharmacology or related discipline, with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated PK/PD, biopharmaceutics, and pharmacometrics across development stages.
• Experience partnering across R&D functions and securing leadership in project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical pharmacology strategy across development programs with PK/PD integration.
• Guide dose, regimen, study design, and evidence needs for project teams.
• Oversee design and execution of PK/PD studies and modeling to inform decisions.
• Support regulatory submissions with briefs, INDs, CTAs, and NDAs.
• Develop and author essential clinical pharmacology documents and study reports.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Clinical, Bioanalytical, Project Management and other functions.
