The Director, Clinical & Performance Insights is a critical leader responsible for the strategy, delivery, and evolution of AbbVies performance analytics platforms within Clinical Development Operations (CDO). This includes VISIONAbbVies study performance tracking and forecasting systemand CATALYST, a machine learningdriven site selection engine. The Director sets the strategic direction, leads cross-functional governance and change management efforts, and ensures these systems are enabling smarter, faster clinical development. As a senior leader within CDO, this individual will partner closely with BTS, DSS, and other R&D stakeholders to advance AbbVies data-informed trial execution model.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for VISION and CATALYST, AbbVies enterprise platforms for study tracking and site selection, ensuring alignment with CDO and R&D priorities.
