Job summary

Affiliated Oncologists in Chicago's Southland seeks a Director of Clinical Services to oversee clinical operations across multiple locations. The role reports to the Executive Director and supports compliance with OSHA and the US Oncology Compliance Program.

Annual pay range is $125,000 to $175,000 with comprehensive benefits. The director will set departmental goals, manage staffing, budgeting, and regulatory programs, and drive patient care improvements in collaboration with practice groups

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or clinical field required.
• MSN, MBA or MHA strongly preferred.
• Current state licensure required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations for all/assigned clinical disciplines.
• Set annual performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee annual performance evaluations and development goals.
• Ensure clinical equipment is operational and maintained.
• Conduct regular meetings with clinical staff.
• Oversee annual skills competency testing for clinical staff.
• Lead staff retention and development programs to optimize performance and minimize turnover.
• Direct training for all clinical personnel and onboarding programs.
• Develop annual operating goals and budgets for the clinical department.
