Job summary
Enlyte in New Jersey is seeking a Director of Clinical Management & Intake to provide strategic and operational leadership for Workers' Compensation clinical services and intake operations. You will oversee Nurse Case Managers, Clinical Support Coordinators, Intake Representatives, and admin staff, with ownership of budgets and KPIs.
The role requires residency in New Jersey or nearby states due to travel. You will drive process improvements, champion AI and automation, support business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.
- Active RN license preferred; LPN and equivalent leadership experience may be considered.
- 7-10 years of progressive leadership in clinical operations or managed care.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for clinical management and intake operations, including budgets and KPIs.
- Lead the intake call center, triage, referral intake and case assignment processes.
- Drive process improvements, technology adoption (AI/automation), and workflow redesign to improve outcomes.
- Build relationships with clients, claims, providers, and internal teams to support growth and cost-effective care.
