As the Director you will lead the multidisciplinary care center in delivering exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and an outstanding service experience. This role provides strategic and administrative leadership across all aspects of care delivery, with a strong focus on quality management, patient and customer satisfaction, and efficient use of resources.
The Director is accountable for developing and executing business and unit plans that advance clinical quality, workforce engagement, service outcomes, and financial performance. They ensure the care center’s priorities, operations, and culture align with the organization’s mission, values, and excellence goals across people, service, financial, and clinical performance.
Depending on the care center’s structure, this position may carry 24-hour operational and leadership accountability.
